AI risk training for all staff
AI risk training where every decision has consequences.
Staff face situations based on real incidents, such as a customer file and an unapproved AI tool. They decide what to do, see what it led to and get a practitioner's debrief. It runs in your LMS, updated every quarter.

For your risk or compliance lead
As amended in July 2026, Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks organisations to take measures that support AI literacy. No certificate is needed, and an internal record is enough. This module and its dated record can be one of those measures.
We do not describe it as "certified" or "compliant".
"There is no need for a certificate. Organisations can keep an internal record of trainings and/or other guiding initiatives."

Questions buyers ask
Does this module make us compliant with Article 4?
No single course does that. As amended in July 2026, Article 4 asks organisations to take measures to support AI literacy, suited to people's roles. The European Commission says an internal record of training is enough. This module, with its dated Measures Record, is designed to be one of those measures.
Will it work in our LMS?
It ships as standard SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages, which mainstream LMSs accept. Your administrator uploads one zip file. We are still testing it on the major platforms, and in a pilot we test it in yours first.
What data do you receive?
None. The package runs entirely inside your LMS and makes no outside calls. Your LMS records completion as usual.
Will our works council or data protection officer object?
Individual choices are not reported to your LMS unless you switch that on, and the module tells every learner which way it is set. There are no scores and no leaderboards. In Germany, works councils have a say over systems that monitor staff performance (BetrVG §87(1) no. 6), so the default keeps the module out of that.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
About 26 minutes per person. One annual licence covers the whole organisation, from €2,400 a year for up to 250 staff.
Is it gamified?
The story branches on each choice, and a running log shows what each one set off. There are no points, badges or leaderboards.
Is it accessible?
It is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Everything works from the keyboard, nothing depends on audio, and every screen goes through automated accessibility checks. An independent audit will take place before general release.
